The Fine Print
 

Due to the high volume of catering requests, we will deliver all orders.
Place your order at least 48 hours ahead of time. Once an order is received, our catering coordinator will send you an estimate within 48 hours for your review and when confirmed, an invoice will follow. Feel free to pay online. Our delivery fee is $20 in the Omaha metro area. We require a 48 hours cancellation notice or the full price will be charged. Disposable chafing kit & serving utensils are $18 each.

Our suppliers certify ingredients in items we use to prepare our foods as gluten-free. Our kitchen is not flour-free, and cross-contamination is possible. Please notify us of food allergies prior to ordering. We are not responsible for allergic reactions to ingredients used in our menu items.

  • Our home base is near 24th & L

  • Our food truck travels by streets only (not highways)
    → arrival time may take longer than expected

  • Additional travel time may include additional fees

  • For hosted events, we’ll recommend a curated menu that keeps service fast and the guest experience seamless
